On the occasion of a roundtable on Writing in the Margins, to be held on 9 April 2026 as part of the cultural programme of the EMERGE European University Alliance, we spoke with Tristan Deplus. A doctoral candidate in research-creation at EUR CAPS (Creative Approaches to Public Spaces) and the CREAD research centre, he draws on his experience as a skateboarder and street educator to explore alternative ways of learning through and for urban emancipation.
